Deposits

A deposit is required upon booking and are non-refundable under any circumstances. This deposit will go towards the total cost of your procedure and must be paid at the time of booking. If we can not accept your booking your deposit will be refunded. The refund process will take about 5-10 days. 

Previous Tattoo

If you have had previous cosmetic tattooing from another artist that you wish for us to cover please email through a picture to underhillcreationsnz@gmail.com or alternatively send photos via Facebook messenger to our Facebook page before booking online. Ensure you have no makeup on and take photos in natural lighting. Please include your details so that we can call you as soon as we have assessed your photos.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment is very important to us at Underhill Creations. It is reserved especially for you as we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we ask respectfully for 48 hours notice. 

You are permitted one date change so long as 48 Hours notice is provided. Further date changes will incur a loss of deposit.

Any cancellations will incur a loss of deposit and you will need to pay a new deposit if you want to book another appointment in the future, this also applies if a client simply does not show up for their appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to the appointment, this will result in a cancellation due to insufficient time to perform the treatment. 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

Age Restriction 

No persons under the age of 18 years old are permitted in treatment rooms for tattoo.
We have a policy of client and therapist ONLY in the room. Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment.

 Terms & Conditions

All gift vouchers sold on this website are electronic vouchers delivered by email to the recipient’s inbox and non refundable. Vouchers have a 12 month expiry date.

Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

Vouchers must be presented at time of payment. Prices for treatments are subject to change.

Gift Vouchers are redeemable for merchandise or services at Underhill Creations only.

Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of other special deals or accounts.

Gift Vouchers must be redeemed before the 12 month expiry date shown on the voucher and may not be redeemed after the expiry date.

Cash will not be given for any unused balance.

Unused balance on expiry of gift vouchers will not be refunded or credited.

Purchases exceeding available balance require difference paid by another method.
